So! This is a plushie of the character Katara, from the Nick series Avatar: The Last Airbender. I originally wanted to make Zuko, but he's so awesome that I didn't want him to be my guinea pig, so I made Katara first instead, haha. I plan on making most of the main AtLA cast eventually, but perhaps in a different style. I've already learned a lot of things I will change from making Katara.

This is the very first plushie I've ever finished (not counting all the misshapen sock dolls I made when I was little, haha)! Yay! :dance:

She's made entirely out of felt, with quickfuse eyes, painted features, yarn hair, and ribbon trim. I used a modified-to-my-liking version of this tutorial (aka I made her taller, standing up, shrunk the head, etc.): [link] And my official Appa plushie :heart: is there to keep her company, haha! Hope you like!
